Position Details
Position: Part-time Behavior Therapist
Pay: $20-25 per hour, depending on experience
Mileage Pay: Compensation for travel between sessions
Requirements
At least 3 months of ABA experience in the field
Ability to follow treatment plans outlined
Willingness to accept supervision and feedback
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) highly desired

Responsibilities
Supervising and mentoring a team of 5-10 Behavioral Therapists who work with our clients.
Writing and reviewing progress reports to track client development and ensure the highest standard of care.
Providing parent training to empower families and support the therapeutic process.
Offering general support for each case, ensuring that each client receives tailored, effective treatment plans.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an ABA Supervisor, particularly in environments where autonomy and decision-making are required.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to write detailed, accurate progress reports and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
