Job Description:
AOI College of Languages is seeking a passionate and dedicated ESL Teacher to join our team. This position requires a dynamic educator who can engage students in the learning process and help them achieve their language goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement ESL lesson plans tailored to students' levels and needs.
Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, writing, and conversation skills in an engaging and interactive way.
Assess and track student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and learning.
Collaborate with colleagues and administration to support the overall success of the students.
Prepare students for language proficiency exams if needed (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in TESOL, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
ESL teaching certification (TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent).
Previous experience teaching English as a second language (minimum 1 year preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Patience, adaptability, and a passion for working with international students.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and connect with students of diverse backgrounds.
