CBI Child Development Center is a dynamic child-focused Reggio Inspired preschool located in Tustin, California. We are currently looking for experienced, nurturing, and passionate preschool infant teachers to work in the infant and toddler class. Are you a teacher who is committed to early childhood learning and child development through play and exploration? If so, this could be the perfect place for you. We are looking for part-time and full-time support staff teachers to help in the infant and toddler class.
Physical Requirements include the ability to lift, carry, move weights ranging from 10-40 pounds, bending at the waist, kneeling, sitting on the floor, and participate in children's play.
Duties include but not limited to taking care of all the needs of infants in the class-diapers, feeding, sleeping, playing, reading, singing, and classroom management.
Teacher in the infant class (children ages 3 months and up)
Available hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM-5:30 PM
Hourly rate depending on education and experience.
Teaching Requirements:
12 core units in Early Childhood Education (minimum) plus infant/toddler units.
2 Years of teaching experience preferred
Knowledge of Reggio-Inspired Curriculum preferred
Live Scan fingerprints and criminal background clearance
CPR /First Aid
Must complete a physical exam ( LIC 503) and provide proof of immunization for Tdap, MMR, and a current TB test.
Complete Child Abuse Mandated Reporter (AB 1207)
