Montessori Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office management, communicating with parents, and ensuring efficient workflow in the front office environment. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skill, and ability to learn and manage school management software, and capacity to multitask effectively. Prior experience in a Montessori setting is preferred, along with fingerprint and background clearance and a minimum of 12 ECE units to work around children.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls with professionalism and demonstrate excellent phone skills.

Organize all appointments and meetings efficiently.

Maintain daily classroom attendance

Manage organized filing systems to ensure easy access to information.

Communicate with teaching staff and assist teacher in maintaining the appropriate student to teacher ratio.

Provide assistance in the classrooms as needed.

Offer guidance to support to foster a productive work environment.

Qualifications

Experience in office management and administrative work

Strong organizational skills

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with parents and children.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are crucial for this role.
