CBI Child Development Center is a vibrant, child-centered, Reggio-Inspired preschool located in Tustin, California.

The Ideal Candidate:
Someone with experience working with Pre-K children (ages 3-5 years old) in a nurturing, play-based learning environment, and who is dedicated to creating meaningful and engaging learning opportunities.
DUTIES AND SKILLS
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in children
- Manage classroom experiences and daily routines effectively
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
- Observe and assess the development of the children
- Participate in parent/teacher conferences
- Model appropriate behaviors and language for the children
- Work collaboratively with all staff to ensure a cohesive and quality learning environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 15 Early Childhood units
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles
- Two years experience in a Reggio-Inspired Preschool preferred
- Complete a physical examination (LIC 503) and proof of immunizations and current TB test.
- Complete Child Abuse Mandated Reporter
- Live Scan and Criminal Background Clearance
- CPR/ First Aid
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing 10 to 40 pounds.
Capability to bend at the waist, kneel, and sit on the floor as needed.
Willingness and ability to actively participate in children's play and activities.
