Mini Bambini is a Russian immersion preschool dedicated to providing a nurturing, language-rich environment for young children. Our unique home-based setting focuses on early childhood education, with a low teacher-to-child ratio of 1:6, ensuring personalized attention and a close-knit learning experience.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and energetic English-speaking teacher to join our team and help guide our students through their early learning journey.
Responsibilities
Create a warm, engaging, and supportive learning environment for children aged 3-5.
Conduct lessons that focus on language development, literacy, and kindergarten readiness.
Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through creative play, structured activities, and group exercises.
Assist in maintaining hygiene practices, including hand washing and bathroom routines, to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Help prepare and serve nutritious snacks and meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to design age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress, needs, and achievements.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones.
Requirements
Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of child welfare practices and the ability to create a safe learning environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating independent initiative when necessary.
