Position Overview: We are seeking a AUTOCAD Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision, attention to detail, and the ability to transform concepts into accurate technical drawings. As an AUTOCAD Drafter, you will play a crucial role in bringing our projects to completion, contributing to the design process, and ensuring that our clients’ visions are realized with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Create construction documents using AUTOCAD software including floor plans, sections, elevation, and details
based on project specifications and requirements.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project objectives and translate concepts
into accurate drawings.
Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards and regulations.
Revise and update drawings as necessary throughout the project construction.
Coordinate with engineers to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
Requirements:
Proficiency in AUTOCAD software with minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong understanding of drafting techniques, principles, and standards.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members.
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in architecture & structural fields.
Knowledge of other drafting software or design tools.
Certification of formal training in drafting or related field.
