Part-time or full-time position available for CAD drafter / administrative assistant, preferably with experience on city plans and procedures, job site control worksheets, construction details, etc.
We use buildertrend platforms and generate QR codes for site administration, placing orders and communicating with vendors is required (excelent writing and speaking English). We want someone tech savvy and willing to learn our procedures.
Software requirements; Autocad, Google sheets, Microsoft office. Please have a vehicle and drivers license. This position requires driving around OC (site visit, city hall visits), combined with office time.
If full-time, this is a salary position with legal benefits. The pay range for 40 hrs a week is 60K/y (negotiable depending on experience) + gas and phone reimbursement.
