Job Title: Construction Project Manager/Estimator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Construction Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in both project estimation and management.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Review project documents such as site plans, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine project scope.
- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for materials, labor, and timelines.
- Negotiate and secure bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Oversee budgeting, contract analysis, scope reviews, and contract negotiations post-bid.
- Initiate all tasks to get jobs started in company system, with suppliers and contractors.
- Ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
- Perform project closeout tasks and oversee completion of punch lists.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory codes, and safety requirements.
### Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Construction Estimator/Project Manager.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Familiarity with contract documents and construction processes.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams), Bluebeam, and QuickBooks.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
