Looking for a part time engineering geologist with experience in geotechnical investigations. Must be able to handle and manage field investigations from start to finish with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include marking the exploratory locations, creating underground utility alert tickets, coordinating and managing field explorations including drillings, and performing sampling and logging of borings and exploratory test pits.
Geology mapping and site reconnaissance experience, professional registrations, good technical writing and computer skills all plus.
Mostly flexible schedule. Hourly rate depending on experience.
