Humphreys & Partners Architects, Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator – Production Team (Costa Mesa, CA). Responsible for coordinating multifamily architectural projects from design development through completion of construction. Responsible for applicable codes and ordinances for assigned architectural projects. Responsible for organizing and attending architect, owner, and contractor meetings before and during construction. Responsible for construction administration duties, such as requests for information and submittals, and conducts internal coordination meetings. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, and 3 years of related work experience with multifamily project type. Demonstrated ability with AutoCAD and Revit and Creation of construction documents required.
