LGC Geotechnical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Soils Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform construction monitoring, soil sampling, and field/laboratory testing
Prepare accurate and timely daily field reports
Observe and test grading and construction activities for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and contractors
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of relevant soils/field technician experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
General computer proficiency (MS Office or similar)
Valid California Driver’s License, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle (required)
Experience with industrial and residential development projects is a plus

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Project sites are typically located throughout north Orange County, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles Counties.
