South Orange County based lighting maintenance company is seeking a part time detailed orientated individual to go out in the evening or early mornings to survey our contracted communities for lighting outages (approximately 25-35 hours per month to start) in the southern OC areas.
The job requires walking these properties after dark with a site map and survey all lighting fixtures outages at each property on his or her route while using their personal vehicle.
There is a fair amount of walking involved so the ideal candidate must be in decent physical shape along with having the capacity to scan each completed survey at home and email them to our service department after each survey.
