Umma's KBBQ is a small family-owned & managed restaurant in Lake Forest, CA. We are a fast-casual, open kitchen, customer-facing restaurant. Job position is demanding, fast-paced, engaging, and requires being flexible with last minute large orders.
We are looking for an experienced (3+ years) Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, cooking, grilling, knowing how to cook a variety of seafood and meat, and be able to take direction well. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals to order, following instructions and recipes, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities:
Prepare food items according to restaurant standards and customer orders.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Ensure that all food items are prepared in a timely manner.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking.
Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed.
