Butcher/Meat Cutter (Al Pastor/Gyro/Doner)
Ikram Grill is a Turkish restaurant located in Fountain Valley, CA. Ikram Bakery & Grill is looking to add a motivated and enthusiastic butcher/cook/al pastor chef to our team. Team member is required to have experience in cutting meat.
Team Members Task & Responsibilities:
-Knowledge and experience in cutting meat and experience in preparing and cutting Al Pastor
-Clean, marinate, slice, cook and stack chicken, beef onto the vertical grill
-The ability to work under pressure and prepare food neatly in a timely manager.
-Ability to understand and adhere to proper food handling. Safety and sanitation standard during food preparation.
-Ability to clean and maintain customer and services areas
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must have food handlers
-Thorough understanding of menu items. Must be able to describe them to customers.
-Excellent customer service is a key part of this position
-Required to assist in preparing customer orders
-Required to prep all veggies, sauces and dishes
-Required to maintain the cleanness of the store, equipment and cooking surfaces.
