Job Description:
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to the Lead Juicer and Kitchen Manager to join her team in Laguna Niguel, California.
This position involves a variety of tasks essential to the production of our high-quality cold-pressed juices and maintenance of full working kitchen.

Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including dishes, equipment, surfaces.
Prep ingredients and maintain a clean prep area.
Clean and maintain the cold-pressed juice machines.
Bottle and label juices with precision and speed.
Perform general kitchen chores and janitorial tasks including cleaning bathrooms/ mopping/trash/light dusting/rodent/bug prevention.
Ensure the entire kitchen adheres to strict cleanliness and hygiene standards required by the state of California and OC Health Dept.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a kitchen environment, including dishwashing and janitorial duties.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a spotless kitchen.
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced setting.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately via written notes and verbally.
Flexibility to work midnight shift (12-5) or early morning shifts (5-10am) (minimum 5 hours per shift), totaling 20 hours per week. Ideally Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods. (This job is standing/moving 98% of the time)
Ability to frequently bend, reach, and stretch.
Ability to perform repetitive physical and manual tasks. (No previous injuries regarding ankles/wrists/back/neck/shoulder or under current medical treatment). Must be in excellent health and physically strong.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs.
Current Food handler’s permit.
Clear background check and drug testing.

Pay: $18.00-$20 per hour based off experience.
