Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Barista to join our team! If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy creating high-quality drinks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of boba teas, coffees, and other beverages according to company recipes.
Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and taking orders.
Operate equipment like espresso machines, blenders, and POS systems.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations and the store.
Assist with inventory management and stock supplies as needed.
Follow all health and safety guidelines, including obtaining a food handler’s permit.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation to work.
Previous experience in a boba shop, café, or as a barista is a plus, but not required (training provided).
Ability to operate a POS system and cash register.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Must be a team player, punctual, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
