Hook & Anchor 1.0 is a chef-owned, elevated seafood and steak restaurant located in the heart of Dana Point. We take pride in crafting every dish from scratch, with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients and warm, attentive service. Our team is passionate about creating an exceptional dining experience that blends the best of coastal seafood with expertly prepared fine steaks.
We are currently hiring Front of House team members for the following positions:
Busser/Runner – Support the service team by ensuring smooth table turns, food running, and maintaining a clean, organized dining room.
Ideal candidates are team-oriented, reliable, and passionate about hospitality. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are required characteristics. Availability on weekends and holidays is non-negotiable.
Prior restaurant experience is required.
