Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Cashier & Catering Assistant to join our team! This role involves providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, assisting with catering orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take orders with efficiency and accuracy.
Process transactions using a point-of-sale system.
Assist with catering orders, including preparation, packaging, and coordination.
Answer phone calls, take orders, and provide menu information.
Support with food prep, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Ensure the front counter and dining area remain tidy and organized.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
English fluency required; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
