Our Kitchen staff have the following qualifications:
Strong and encouraging
Organized
Comfortable in the kitchen, skilled at ordering & inventory
Not afraid to jump in the trenches
Responsibilities:
Managing Kitchen Staff during the day and ensuring they maintain proper health code
Ordering & Inventory
Work with team on new procedures and seasonal changes
Submit nightly reporting
