Position: Food Runner/Expo
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Food Runner/Expo to join our team at CHAAK Kitchen. As a Food Runner/Expo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of food from the kitchen to our guests' tables. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with our kitchen, and waitstaff to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Transport food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner
Ensure accuracy in delivering the correct dishes to the corresponding tables
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Collaborate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff to meet guests' needs
Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, answering any questions they may have about the menu or restaurant
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
