Job Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and assembly and following company recipes and standards
Provide excellent customer service at the counter and dining area, including taking orders, handling POS transactions, and answering menu questions
Support smooth kitchen operations by restocking, prepping ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness
Assist with online/delivery orders (packaging, checking accuracy, coordinating with third-party delivery drivers)
Keep dining area clean, organized, and welcoming for guests
Follow all health, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
Adapt to different roles depending on shift needs (kitchen line, cashier, expo, runner)
Qualifications
Prior restaurant or food service experience preferred (both FOH or BOH)
Strong communication skills and positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
