We are a popular food truck . Since we are a food truck we serve food all over the oc. We are looking for 3 COOKS to work the grill and fryer. Grill work is relatively simple, but applicants must be able to handle large amounts of tickets quickly. customer service/ food truck experience is a big plus
Duties will include:
Cooking: working the grill/ fryer
Prep work: Slicing veggies, filling sauce containers, stocking cheese, veggies, etc
Cleaning: Making sure the kitchen stays clean and up to the health department code. Cleaning truck after shift. Please have, or be willing to get food handlers certificate
Pay is $18-20 an hour plus tips. We also give raises and bonuses based on great performance and reliability.
