Sports Bar needs an experienced, dependable cook to join our kitchen team for weekday and evening shifts. You must present a clean image, take pride in your work and handle a flexible schedule.
You also must be skilled at prepping, cooking and plating a variety of foods - we serve pizza, wings, appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, salads, and a variety of prepared fried foods.
Job also involves opening duties, cleaning kitchen equipment, and assisting with bar back and closing duties such as washing serving-ware, stocking beers, emptying trash and putting up stools and chairs.
Qualifications:
At least 4 years experience working in a fast paced kitchen.
Excellent food handling, preparation and cooking skills.
Good communication skills, MUST speak English and be able to read tickets.
State of California Food Handlers certification.
Strong references from previous employers.
Living close to Huntington Beach with own transportation.
