Experienced Line cook & Chef de Partie

We are seeking an experienced line cook to hire in our fine dining restaurant. The applicant should have 2 years minimum of cooking on a line in a fast paced kitchen, preferably on the protein station. The applicant should be willing to contribute to the kitchen in all areas needed beyond the scope of "line cook", which could include prep work, cleaning, and light butchery. Skills that you should posses are a great attitude, willingness to learn, cleanliness and organization. We are a kitchen that prides ourselves in quality and we are very detail oriented. You will be in an environment that you will learn from very experienced chefs and have the potential for promotions and sous chef positions.
