Position Overview:
We are looking for a Front of House Barista/Cashier to join our team at Wild Strawberry Cafe! As a key member of our front-line team, you'll be the first face our guests see and the first step in ensuring they have a memorable experience. This is an ideal position for someone with a passion for people, an upbeat personality, and a strong desire to contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Welcoming Guests: Greet each customer with a friendly smile and make them feel at home.
-Barista Duties: Prepare high-quality coffee drinks and other beverages with care and attention to detail.
-Cashier & Ordering: Accurately take orders, process payments, and maintain a smooth and efficient checkout process.
-Food Running: Help deliver food orders to tables and ensure guests receive their orders in a timely manner.
-Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the front of house clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen staff and fellow front-of-house team members to ensure the best possible guest experience.

Requirements:
-Previous customer service or food industry experience is a must.
