Location: Fountain Valley
Monday to Wednesday. Part Time
( 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM)

Responsibilities:
As Cashier
Greet customers, answer questions and offer suggestion about menu items.
Take customers' orders.
Utilize POS system to charge customers, take money in the form of cash/credit, dispense correct change, issue receipts.
Confirm that amounts are always correct in cash drawers, resolve discrepancies, ensure adequate change and POS supplies.
As Barista
Take customers' orders - educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
Brew coffee and tea
Prepare specialty beverages by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks such as espresso, café latte, cappuccino, ice blended mocha, chai tea latte
Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, stocking coffee brewing equipment, maintaining supplies.
Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance.
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
As Smoothie Maker
Take customers' orders - educate customers about different menu items.
Prepare smoothies, acai bowls, blended drinks according to prescribed recipes.
Maintain inventories by replenishing stock and supplies.
Keep equipment and work area clean and organized.
Catering
Prepare utensils, plates, napkins, condiments according to each order.
Deliver, set up and clean up catering orders.
Other Duties
Stock and replenish condiment bar, utensils, service area.
Organize and refill snack counters, beverage coolers, display cases.
Keep the front of house clean and organized at all times.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Great attitude - a people person.
Punctual, well-organized and is a fast learner.
Able to multi-task efficiently and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
Must have Food Handlers Certification
Experience:
Barista experience preferred but not necessary.
Essential Physical Requirements:
Stand during entire shift.
Reach, bend, stoop, lift, pour, carry, push.
