We are opening a new Mediterranean restaurant in San Clemente, California, led by Chef Charbel Hayek, Top Chef MENA Winner and chef behind Lady Hawk (featured on the Los Angeles Times 101 Best Restaurants List) and Laya Hollywood.
The menu will celebrate the Mediterranean region — showcasing Chef Charbel’s favorite dishes with influences from Spain, Italy, Greece, Lebanon, and North Africa. Expect live-fire cooking over charcoal and wood, handmade pastas and breads, refined small plates, and ingredient-driven seasonal dishes.

Ideal Candidates:
2+ years experience in professional kitchens (fine dining or upscale casual preferred)
Passionate about Mediterranean flavors, live-fire cooking, and craft technique
Positive attitude, punctual, and reliable
Team-oriented and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in presentation
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Follows direction well and maintains a clean, organized station
