Position: Sushi Chef
Location: Usuki Japanese Cuisine, Tustin, CA
Responsibilities:
Craft high-quality sushi with precision and artistry
Ensure the freshness, quality, and safety of ingredients
Oversee the daily operations of the sushi bar
Requirements:
Minimum of five years’ experience in sushi preparation
Expertise in traditional and modern sushi techniques
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Valid work authorization
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay + tips (competitive, based on experience)
