Position: Busser (Front of House Support)

Anepalco is a modern Mexican restaurant known for its creative flavors, fresh ingredients, and warm hospitality. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Busser to join our front-of-house team and help us create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
Support servers and bartenders by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
Refill water, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages when needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, patio, and service stations.
Assist in carrying food trays and running food when needed.
Ensure that all tableware is clean, polished, and ready for service.
Remove used plates, silverware, and glassware promptly.
Support the overall flow of service to guarantee a smooth guest experience.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures according to restaurant standards.
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods of time.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
