Darya Restaurant is looking for a PART-TIME Assistant Manager .
The manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Front House from managing the floor, overseeing team members and ensuring guest experience is above and beyond their expectations.
The candidate we are looking for will have the following:
-At least 2- 3 years of assistant management experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
-Impeccable attention to detail, cleanliness, and health department standards.
-Hands-on leader and motivator of employees.
-Someone who brings ideas and solutions. Help develop systems and procedures that work for our restaurant.
Responsibilities include:
Managing the floor, including building guest relationships, overseeing staff, and monitoring the door.
-Making sure service runs smoothly, dealing with guest, Dealing with emergencies in the restaurant calmly, quickly, and attentively.
Managing all employees, including assisting in training, safety, supporting, and disciplining.
Must be able to work independently, under pressure, and use sound business judgment
Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, and organizational abilities.
The candidates must be flexible on week-end.
