The Junior Bartender Opportunity:
This is more than just a barback position. As a Junior Bartender, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow into a full bartender role with the support of our seasoned professionals. You’ll be responsible for more than stocking and prepping; you’ll be mastering POS systems, expanding your spirit and wine knowledge, and gaining a deep understanding of our full food and cocktail menu.
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for bartending and hospitality, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Prior experience as a barback or in a support role in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
A desire to learn the art of craft cocktails, spirits, and wine, as well as gain full knowledge of our unique menu.
POS system proficiency or willingness to learn quickly.
Strong teamwork ethic and ability to support senior bartenders and the team.
Must be 21 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
ServSafe Food Handlers and RBS Certification required within 30 days of hire.
