Your Role as Host/Hostess:
Be the first smile our guests see and the last thank-you they hear. As a Host/Hostess, you’ll set the tone for a world-class experience, ensuring every guest feels like a VIP.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome Guests with Warmth: Greet all guests in person, by phone, or via email with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Master Seating Coordination: Manage reservations and seating arrangements to keep the flow smooth and guests happy.
Be the Point of Contact: Handle phone calls, guest inquiries, and any challenges with confidence and charm.
Support the Team: Collaborate with the Expo and To-Go teams to ensure seamless service and exceptional take-out experiences.

Who You Are:
A people person with a passion for hospitality.
Quick-thinking, resourceful, and able to keep a cool head during busy shifts.
Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Prior host/hostess experience in a high-volume restaurant is a plus!
