Kitchen Manager / Chef
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our team. This role combines hands-on culinary expertise with strong leadership and organizational skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and safety.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met.
Oversee menu execution, food preparation, and presentation
Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff
Maintain inventory, ordering, and cost control measures
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with FOH management for seamless service
Qualifications:
44+ years of professional kitchen experience
Proven experience as a Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar leadership role
Strong culinary skills with a commitment to quality
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Solid knowledge of BOH operations and food safety standards
Ability to thrive under pressure and problem-solve quickly
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
