Mexican Restaurant with Contemporary Fare. Is seeking for Leader Cook/ Line Cook/Pantry/Dishwasher
Leader Cook/ Line Cook
Must have at least 2 years experience in quality kitchen’s. You will be running a scratch kitchen in a well regarded restaurant under a very talented Executive Chef. This is a working position. be responsible keeping up with health department standards, all the while cooking exceptional food. You will be expected to be part of the Culinary team.

Specific Qualifications for the Position Include:
- Minimum 2 years experience as an cook in a upscale Food
· Experience running menus from scratch
· Experience in fish and meat butchery
· Pastry and baking skills are a bonus
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Passion for the foodservice and hospitality industry
· Excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and work well with others.
- Ability to follow instructions, recipes and procedures.
- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and integrity.
- Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the department.
- Available to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation.
PANTRY/DISHWASHER
