We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cooks to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly within a fine dining setting with an emphasis on Seafood and Steaks.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.

Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.

Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other cooking tools.

Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a culinary or restaurant setting.

Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.

Proficiency with kitchen tools, including knives, and cooking equipment.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy service periods.

A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

Ability to stand for shifts up to 8 hours.

Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds.
