Responsibilities:
Prepare menu items following recipes and presentation standards
Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Communicate and collaborate with the kitchen team
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Handle opening/closing duties as assigned
Maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Qualifications:
Experience in a line cook role or similar
Food Handler’s Certification
Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills
Team player, quick learner, and detail-oriented
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
