Bikini bar with a full kitchen in business for over 12 years seeking a part-time and full-time cooks.
Salary:
- $18/hour + TIPS (daily)
Experience:
- One year minimum in a commercial kitchen
Certifications:
- Food Handler Certified
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work cooperatively as part of a two-person team with a bartender/server
- Primary responsibility is to prepare menu items according to recipes
- Secondary responsibilities include:
Support bartender, change kegs, restock beer, clean and maintain all areas of the bar, mop, sweep, including restrooms, and prepare the restaurant at change of shift or close
Accurately label, date, and rotate raw and prepped food products
Practice proper work procedures, safety, and maintain sanitation standards
Maintain food temperatures, food quality and appearance of prepared food to our established standards
- Work as a team player
- Other responsibilities and tasks as deemed appropriate by the management teamm
You must be legal to work in the United States.
Hours:
4:00 pm to 10:30 pm. 5 Nights a week. Tuesday. Wednesday. Friday. Saturday. Sunday.
