LINE COOK - PM
Responsibilities:
Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by the Chef
Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
Food preparation and portioning prior to service
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
Key Requirements:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in full service restaurant
Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Task-driven individual
Fine dining a plus
Food Handlers Card
DISHWASHER-PM
Responsibilities:
Cleans dirty pots, pans, plates, and silverware and storage containers
Assisting prep cooks when needed
Putting away daily deliveries, and orders
Deep clean of kitchen and dining area including: sinks, prep tables, stoves, ovens, shelves, cabinets, etc.
Empties trash
Ensures proper cleaning supplies are in inventory and properly used - notifies supervisor when
new supplies need ordering
