OC11 is a gentlemen's club featuring topless entertainment, located in Anaheim. We are looking to hire a part-time Assistant Manager that is a responsible and reliable individual. We prefer this person to have experience in the nightclub and bar industry and have excellent customer service skills. We want an outgoing, energetic, and socially confident personality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist bar manager/owners in leading daily store operations in all areas of the nightclub environment
Enforce quality standards of service and products
Oversee general cleanliness of the nightclub premises, perimeter and equipment
Provide training and development of team members and entertainers, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
Maintain compliance with all company policies, as well as local and federal laws
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Positive attitude
Experience in nightclub/bar industry
Multi-tasking and problem solving with little supervision
Strong leadership skills
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Capable of occasionally lifting objects of 50 lbs or more
Must be willing to work nights, holidays and weekends
Strong references that will be checked
