Part-Time position - 2 Days A Week

Night Auditor. Hours are overnight 11pm - 7am. Position Summary - Check In/Out guests. High level of Customer Service required. Review front office accounting transactions for accuracy on a daily basis, summarizes and compiles information from the nightly audit to provide to hotel management. Prepares summary of cash, check, and credit card activities reflecting the hotel's financial performance for the day. Posts room and tax to guest accounts including any transactions not posted during the day by Front Desk Agents.
Duties: (Training Provided) Post Room and Tax, Process guest charges, Transfer charges and deposits to master accounts, verify all account postings and balances, track room revenue, occupancy percentage, and other statistics, prepare summary of cash, check, credit card activities, summary of operations, prepare end of day procedure, run end of day procedure, knowledge of how to operate Visual Matrix property management system. Understand check-in check-out guest procedures. High Customer Service level required.
Education: High School graduate or equivalent. Must speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace. Must be able to speak and understand the primary language used by the guests who visit the hotel.
Experience: Minimum one year of hotel Guest Service Agent preferred. High level of Customer Service and positive attitude required. Cash Handling experience, general administrative tasks.
