This person will lead all aspects of our business. You will need to deliver a high quality menu. Motivate Staff and help provide customer service.
Responsible for hiring new staff, training new staff and train current employees.
Needs to be able to implement policies and protocols that will be in compliance to maintain future restaurant operations.
Coordinating all Daily restaurant management operations
Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant complaints
Needs to be able to step in any position in the restaurant at any time.
Must have knowledge of Food purchasing, inventory and ability to remember ingredients as well as dishes.
Must be able to Use management software
This is a high energy, fast paced position that requires a strong work ethic.
