A well-established fine dining restaurant located in the heart of Old Towne Orange is currently hiring a Floor Manager. We are seeking a reliable, experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality, team success, quality food, and consistency.
Position Details:
Full-time or part-time availability
8-hour shifts (occasional double shifts may be required to cover vacations)
Must be available on weekends
$31 per hour starting for hourly position
Salary available for full-time candidates, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Manage guest flow and lead the dining room floor
Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet high standards
Provide attentive, professional service to guests
Support, motivate, and guide the team throughout service
Complete opening and closing paperwork accurately and on time
Communicate effectively with both front and back-of-house teams
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant setting
Strong floor presence and guest service instincts
Proven ability to lead in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Dependable, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
