Sushi Chef (Full Time & Part-Time)
Minimum 4 years of sushi experience required
Responsibilities include:
Prepare high-quality sushi and sashimi with precision and consistency
Assist with kitchen food preparation (cutting, portioning, plating)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar and kitchen area
Prepare ingredients and restock as needed during service
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sushi Chef in a Japanese restaurant
Strong knife skills and expertise in sushi preparation (nigiri, sashimi, rolls)
Knowledge of fish quality, handling, and storage
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Positive, team-oriented work style
Flexible to work lunch or dinner shifts
