Local OC Italian restaurant is searching for an experienced Management and Food Service Professional. We are seeking candidates that possess a strong work ethic, have attention to detail, be hands on, and must be hospitality driven and guest focused.
Management Requirements:
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences!
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Oversee training and development for unit personnel.
Perform regular audits of service standards, sequence of service, menu knowledge and execution.
Direct involvement with guests
Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations.
Strong work ethic
Fine wine knowledge bar knowledge
Problem solving abilities.
Trained in proper sanitation practices.
Strong people skills and able to deal with diverse personalities.
Cash handling and banking skills.
Proven history in building sales
Fluent with the Toast POS System
