Job Requirements:
◦ A minimum of 3 years experience in a server position in high-scale / fine dining restaurant.
◦ Extensive wine knowledge is necessary. Sommelier certification is a plus.
◦ Ability to commit to a weekly work schedule of Tuesday-Saturday 4 to closing
◦ Reliable, hard working, self motivated Excellent customer service skills; warm, friendly, and service-oriented.
◦ Must be impeccably groomed, maintain good hygiene, good posture, professional appearance and demeanor.
Other:
Work Days: Tuesday to Saturday (Restaurant is closed Sundays and Mondays)
Compensation: Hourly based on experience plus tips.
