Super friendly, members only sailing club looking for a team player for our clubhouse and restaurant.

Thursday, Friday and Saturdays 3PM - 9PM

Sunday 10AM-3PM

Extra shifts available for private events

Enthusiastic prep/line cook with a passion for culinary excellence and proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes. Highly skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating presentation. Adept in working efficiently in fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining a strong commitment to cleanliness and food safety. Collaborative team player with the ability to follow recipes and adapt to changing menus. Eager to contribute to a dynamic culinary team and provide an exceptional dining experience for our members.

Our line cooks are responsible for preparing our established recipes using designated ingredients that meet our production and quality standards as part of a cooking line. You will also make sure plating techniques are consistent and beautiful based on brand standards.

You will ensure all workstations are supplied with necessary ingredients and supplies. You will coordinate and ensure that other line cooks create meals that are delivered consistently and on time.
