Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience: Create a welcoming environment for guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. Actively address any issues or concerns, striving for 100% guest satisfaction.
Leadership & Staff Development: Manage, train, and motivate a team of dedicated professionals. Ensure clear communication and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
Operations & Financial Oversight: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and maintaining service quality. Monitor and achieve financial goals and ensure profitability.
Strategic Growth & Innovation: Collaborate with ownership to develop and implement strategies for increasing revenue, improving service standards, and growing the brand.
Compliance & Efficiency: Ensure the restaurant operates in full compliance with health and safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies. Streamline processes to improve overall efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
At least five years of experience in managing restaurant operations, ideally in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of financials, including P&L statements, budgeting, and cost control.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A hands-on leader who leads by example and takes pride in mentoring and developing staff.
Ability to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
