Be comfortable at every station of the kitchen including saute, fryer, grill and prep
Work in a fast paced environment and communicate and work well with other members of staff
Work with staff to operate at the highest level

All Cooks and BOH staff are part of tip pool
DSIHWASHER: a team player. will also be asked to do light prep work.
