Fuoco Pizzeria, an upscale Neapolitan pizzeria in Downtown Fullerton is looking for pizza makers.
Fuoco Pizzeria uses a wood-burning oven that is able to cook several pizzas at a time in under 2 minutes. Applicants must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Requirements:
At least two years of restaurant experience
At least one year of pizza making experience.
A current food handler's card.
Duties will include:
Making dough.
Handling/stretching/tossing dough.
Making a product that is consistent and up to the current standards of the establishment.
Ability to efficiently utilize and maintain the temperature of the oven.
Ability to work in a team setting in a busy kitchen
Prepping ingredients (slicing cheeses and meats.)
We will offer training for the specific methods we use in our establishment.
